Journalist Kendeyl Johansen imagined fits to help her family and friends transform stress into positive energy.  She discovered adults love throwing fits too.  She has a Behavioral Science and Health B.S. and enjoys hiking, skiing and creating #HappySprees.

14-year-old Riley Olson’s creative old soul loves animation and digital design.  She’s happy she’s found her passion in the digital world.  She also enjoys reading, volleyball, acting and singing.
